We had an awesome time with the Wieland boys. Our family has known their mom and grandmother forever. It was great to see them again and to meet these two little amazing boys. They were so good and we think they had a lot of fun too. They played like crazy and stuffed their little pockets with treasure. Tamra and I took these photos at two locations that meant a lot to their family.
We also had fun putting together all of the props for this photo shoot. We started out needing a ship, so we took apart a wheel barrel and attached our home-made sail to it. This was easy to do and would also make a great sand box for kids. Next I grabbed a wooden box that I had made out of recycled pallets and metal strips and we used it for their treasure chest. We had to find filler for the treasure chest so we borrowed bead necklaces and army coins from my awesome dad and they worked perfect. He also let us barrow a vintage telescope that the kids loved. The silver blinged skull was from Z galleries and the yellow swords were our kid’s from the cartoon Adventure Time. They had fun playing with all of these props and it gave them something to do in the photographs.
We had so much fun with these two little guys and we hope to see them again soon. Hope everyone enjoys these photographs from the boys little pirate themed photo shoot.
